Buy iTunes Music and Movies if you’re not in the US

You can’t buy and download iTunes entertainment content if you’re not in the US or one of the other approved countries.

Here’s a workaround, but one which I haven’t tried yet - there is a website, globalitunes.com, which I had read about in the comments to the post Set up an iTunes account in Malaysia.
Global iTunes Store | buy US itunes, gift certificates, codes, accounts, worldwide

You’d first need to set up a fake US address, which is documented in their setup guide.

I used a company called Bongo International http://www.BongoUS.com

I also use them to forward purchases I make in the US on a regular basis

I think globalitunes.com is way better than mail forwarding. I’ve been buying gift certificates from them for a while to use with my US account (I live in Malaysia). The best part is (and this is why it’s sooo much better than mail forwarding) delivery is almost instant with globalitunes.com as they email you the code on the gift card.

I hate to sound like I’m just plugging their website because I’m not, I’m just telling you what I have experienced from them for the past couple of months.

Plus they have a sale on too! :D
