I've been buying gift certificates from them for a while to use with my US account (I live in Malaysia). The best part is (and this is why it's sooo much better than mail forwarding) delivery is almost instant with globalitunes.com as they email you the code on the gift card. I hate to sound like I'm just plugging their website because I'm not, I'm just telling you what I have experienced from them for the past couple of months.
